Sweet couple

This is what has been taking up a lot of our time lately, in a good way.  My baby little brother is getting married in just 3 short weeks and we couldn't be more excited.  The past few months have been busy busy and it's finally wrapping up. The festivities have begun and I forgot how much fun it is to plan and get ready for a wedding.  Lindsey is so sweet and has asked me to help with a lot and I am loving every minute.  We are just so excited to have Lindsey join our family and couldn't be more proud of this young couple.  We love you Lindsey and Matthew and can't wait to see what the future holds for you two.

I hosted a bridal shower for my soon to be sister in law.  My other sis in law Liz helped me out and I think it turned out so cute.  The wedding colors are pink and green and she's kinda going for an old fashioned, lace, mason jar kinda theme.

Easter 2012

I have more Easter pics but I just need time to upload them all. Just wanted to share a little family pic. Hayden Kate 4 1/2 and Jackson Daniel 2 1/2. I'm pretty proud of these two beautiful babies. I still look at them sometimes and it's hard to believe they are mine. Very blessed family.

Lots to catch up on...

We have had a very busy last couple of months. I have lots to post and pics to upload but I need time to do it. I promise to get up to date soon. We will be having another busy couple of months coming up too so I am going to try and get caught up.

New journey...

Well, apparently I've gone crazy and am trying to torture myself. Not only am I a busy mommy of two little ones, trying to squeeze in some extra days at work and maintaining my house and errands etc... I am channeling my inner teen. I have gotten braces again!!! I had them for 5 years as a kid, from age 12-17 so why on earth would I want them again. I had some crowding on the bottom from obviously not wearing my retainers and I have a cross bite. Cross bite meaning I will get to wear rubber bands again too, yay. I will only have to wear them for 15- 18 months if I do what I am supposed to do and wear my rubber bands like I am supposed to. I am going to be the best patient ever so I can get theses darn things off. I've only had them a week but I don't remember them being this bad as a kid. Oh well. A plus is that my orthodontist is also my brother in law which makes it a little less painful. He can see us on off hours if I am having a problem or something is bothering me.
