Cutie Pie!

I just thought this was a really cute picture of Hayden. She is getting so big and looked like such a big girl in this pic. Where has the time gone? It seems like I was just pregnant and then bringing her home from the hospital. It's so much fun though! Hope you enjoy :)

Night shift no more!

Yay! No more night shift for mama. I officially worked my last night shift Sunday night. I am only PRN so I shouldn't complain but nights were still the pits. I am officially day shift now. I am so excited and ready for this. I will actually feel human again when I go to work. I worked night shift for 3 1/2 years and maybe it's different after having a baby but my body does not do well with it anymore. Just wanted to update about this exciting time in our lives. It works so much better for our family and Hayden gets some grandparent time while mama and daddy are at work. Since we are trying to get pregnant now I think it will be better for everybody. No more cranky mom!

Happy New Year!

Well, it's been a busy year but with a number of blessings. I don't even know where to start with all the ways we are blessed. We have our amazing baby girl who amazes me every day with how much she grows and changes. I have a wonderful husband who I love very much and am so thankful for. We have great family and friends and a beautiful home. We both have great jobs the most important being parents. It's been great and I can't wait to see what 2009 holds for us.

Christmas 08

I'm a little late in posting this but Merry Christmas. Hayden had a great Christmas. I think she was still a little young and didn't really know what was going on, but Mom and Dad sure had fun with it. We have all 3 been fighting this respiratory stuff and passing it back and forth but we grinned and bared it through the day. I started feeling bad Christmas night and really still have not gotten over it. Christmas is so much fun having a little one. It reminds you of when you were little and all the excitement Christmas brings. Anyway, another year down and so much to be thankful for.
